Return and refund policy

This store is operated by COOL BITS S.R.L. for the Duhovnic / Duhovnic AI brand.

If you purchase an eligible physical product from our store, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Return conditions:
- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
- The product should be returned with its original packaging and any accessories delivered with it, where applicable.
- We do not charge any restocking fee.

Return costs:
- A flat return shipping fee of 20 lei applies to standard returns, unless otherwise required by law or unless the product was defective, damaged on arrival, or delivered incorrectly.

Refunds:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within the period required by applicable law.
- Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Non-returnable items:
- Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return, except where required by law.
- Products that fall under legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal are not eligible for return.
- At this time, we do not designate products as final sale items unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Defective or incorrect items:
- If you received a defective item or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us at contact@coolbits.ai before sending the product back.
